The practice of water conservation is important to us, as it is too much of the desert community. We support organic farming by providing organic dough & sauce as the base of each pizza. Local organic tomatoes, Organic cucumbers, spinach, salad greens, beans, coffee, beer & wine are always used in our restaurant.
